Dear JARUS colleagues, industry partners, and unmanned aviation stakeholders, please find attached the Draft of the JARUS WG AW Annex C to CS-UAS Draft 3.0. This Annex C to CS-UAS supplements primarily Subpart F for systems built out of subordinated hard- and software items, utilizing AI, producing outputs serving as input for a superordinate system which perform safety critical functions based on these outputs. In this document the term High Complex Systems (HCS) is used for these systems. The document received several bigger treatments to make it more in-line with the current developments in AI.
